 - We only accept returns for products that are received in damaged or defective condition.
 - The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
 - Once the product is opened or used, we cannot accept it for return.
2. Replacement:
 - If you receive a damaged product, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
3. Return Request Timeline:
 - You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product by
contacting our customer support team.
4. Refunds:
 - We do not offer refunds. Only replacements are allowed as per the conditions above.
5. Return Shipping:
 - In case of eligible returns, we will arrange the return pickup at no extra charge.
